Below our step by step guide will outline how we work, what protection we provide and all the essentials like terms and conditions so you have all the information you need.

We’ll email or call you back within 24 hours, to find out more about what you’re looking for and what would make your perfect holiday.


We’ll put together a detailed initial quote with suggested hotels and activities to bring the holiday to life. Then we can tweak and change it as much as you like until you’re 100% happy.


We’ll ask for a deposit of £250 per person, (or 10% of the booking price if that’s greater) and then that’s it - your holiday will be booked and you can relax and look forward to it. If we are booking flights for you, the full amount for these will be due now too.


We will ask for the final balance payment 2 months before you travel. If you have any last minute inspiration or change of plan, we can usually keep fine tuning until a month before you go. Then we’ll send you your final documents and tickets and it’ll be soon time to start your adventure!

How We Work Beyond Tourism

We are member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA), ensuring you are financially protected when you pay us. They hold your money in a separate trust account so if we or our partners cease trading before you travel, your money will still be available to be reimbursed. TTA also provides a additional financial guarantee, so they can reimburse you up to £11000 per person. You can find out more about these protections at

How We Work Beyond Tourism

If you buy flights as well as your tour with us, you will be protected by the ATOL guarantee. This means that in the case of the airline or us ceasing to trade, you will be reimbursed for the full cost of your flights and tour from the ATOL fund, which is administered by the Civil Aviation Authority. If you are on holiday when this happens, you will be brought home. However please note that it does not cover instances where flights are cancelled or rescheduled by the airline.


With the rise of flight search engines and low cost regional airlines, particularly in Southeast Asia, it is now easier than ever to find cheap flight deals online. So we offer complete flexibility to buy your own flights if you wish, but if you prefer us to take care of everything we are also happy to include international and domestic flights in your booking.
